Web Dry Cleaners

I have been using Premier/Web Dry Cleaners for over 10 years – the service is great and customer friendly.

I used to love this place when the previous owners ran it. I went to pick up a shirt and pair of pants today and the new guy at first wasn’t even sure that my stuff was ready even though he said it would be ready by yesterday. Next, he tried to charge me twice. I always pay when I drop my clothes off. I showed him my receipt and he kind of got a little fresh with me. One would think he’d understand a customer’s concern over getting charged twice. One might also reasonably think that they can notate whether or not someone paid in their system. It ain’t rocket science. Time to find a new dry cleaners.

My husband and I used to loved this place and now with new staff they don’t iron clothes well and they couldn’t even removed a small coffee stain out my husband’s white dress shirt. My husband tried Swan Cleaners instead and stain gone. Bye bye

Spoke in length on cost of cleaning when I dropped off my clothes. Received ticket with price and all was fine. But when I picked up, I had to pay three times as much than was invoiced on my ticket. They said the cost was incorrect on my ticket but never called me before cleaning to let me know. They should have honored the price told as I never would have gone there knowing how expensive it was. Poor customer service will not return.

Very nice and reasonably priced dry cleaner. I have taken Chanel, Rick Owens, silk pleated skirts etc… all were cleaned and returned to me without damage and without chemical/perfume smell. I live out in Wellington and it’s worth it for me to make the drive to them. I know it’s hard to find a reliable dry cleaner, and so far so good with Couture Cleaners.
