Westway Towing Boca Raton Office

Called for a tow was told I had to be there on pickup which is a huge inconvenience. Waited the 45 minutes as I was told. No one showed up. Called them back and was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. Still waiting. I have meetings all day and having to sit here and wait for someone who doesn’t reliably show up is a very big annoyance. I would much rather just pay before you pick it up so I don’t have to wait and can get on with my day. Would not reccomend this company if your vehicle is broken down and have places to be.

Unfortunately I had a vehicle towed for being unauthorized. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. Being in the customer service business myself, I cant imagine what they deal with day in and day out, with so remember you aren’t calling Disney to book a trip. I got snippy at times, but only because I was in this situation. Not their fault. When I got to the office today, the two gentleman there were super helpful and even helped me get the vehicle attached to my tow hitch. Being towed isn’t the best experience, but at least this company made it easier to deal with. So thank you to the two drivers today that helped me out and the office staff for accommodating the release so quickly!

Where do I begin… When I first called them inquiring about taking my car out of their yard the woman who answered was so beyond rude told me to “shut up and listen” after my traumatic car accident I had the night before. she basically broke down the process in the nastiest way possible. I show up the next day (none of the workers were wearing masks btw) and they gave me a different price than what I was originally told what I was going to be paying. Whoever that scary woman was, is clearly running that clown circus. I honestly feel sorry for her and her terrible dark circles. She’s over worked and clearly underlaid. God bless you sad lady. P.s avoid this place.

This company is no help and is over priced

This company is the worst company ever the give me a estimate for a towing of only two lights away from my office $100 flat when the driver finely arrives after 4.5 hours even though I got promised a 1 hour pick up time after 5 minutes of driving me back to my office this driver charged me $300 and the estimate from the office was $100. Also the driver locked up my keys inside my truck and when I call the office I been told that if the need to send me a Locksmith it’s going to coast me extra money even though it’s was his drivers that lock up my truck with the keys inside the ignition.
