We have had an issue with our dryer not a fully drying. I called Whirlpool Appliance Repair and they scheduled an appointment within 24 hours. JD called on his way over, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a reasonable quote before doing the work. Very courteous and professional, receipts via email so helps with digital side. Will keep in mind for the future.

From my experience, it’s really hard to find someone who is honest and trustworthy when dealing with home repairs. However Whirlpool Appliance Repair is a rare exception.
Tech was always on time, very courteous, straight forward, honest, and was able to fix my refrigerator without over charging me as some of the other companies tried to do when I asked for quotes.
He is very professional, and I can’t praise him enough for his service. For any future appliance needs, I’m not contacting anyone else as he has earned my trust and I would recommend him to anyone who doesn’t want to get ripped off by other dishonest businesses out there. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Whirlpool Appliance Repair has been a god-send to help me keep my aging appliances up and running! Adrian has helped repair my kitchen freezer, came to rescue when I unsuccessfully tried to change out the door seal on my refrigerator and provided me with some great guidance in what to look for in a new washing machine. Adrian is professional and really wants you to understand what he is doing on your repair. Reasonably priced, competent and responsive-doesn’t get any better than Whirlpool Appliance Repair!

Great service from start to finish. Quick response on google and then over the phone. Came on time. He did a great job and charged a fair price. He was professional and cleaned everything up when he was done. While I hope I don’t need him in the future (meaning my fridge works), I will definitely call him.
