What a terrible company. They have been overcharging my account for past 2 years ever since we signed a new contract. Customer service is pathetic. All lip service and lies. At the end of the day I terminated my contract with them and went with Comcast for my needs. Windstream is now trying to sue me for the remaining contract when they were in fact in Breach. I just found out that they filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy last month. Losers
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Every time I call for service on my business lines I’m left on hold for 20+ minutes before anyone picks up. Last time I called I accidentally hung up after 23 minutes because I had to answer a call since I have to run my business so I figured I’d try using their chat feature. I entered my question and sat in the chat window with NO RESPONSE AT ALL FOR OVER 20 MINUTES before giving up. Their hours are supposed to start at 8AM; this all happened on a weekday at 10AM. I don’t know how you call yourself a business communications provider when you don’t provide any customer service. I’m done and am looking for new phone service!
