I’ve been going to Dr. Wong since I was a kid. Always have a pleasant experience. The staff is always welcoming and Dr. Wong always addresses my concerns and provides a comfortable environment. Also, bonus points for having Saturday appointments.

The worst, miserly, liars, most irresponsible dentist in the area. The office is on a second floor and is falling in pieces. They are extremely cheap and stingy people, which prefer to save a dollar in their pockets, than to offer a healthy environment to their patients. For example: The air compressor that they use to drive the hand pieces that the doctor uses in the patients mouth to drill, needs to be replaced since 15 years ago. The unity is mixing oil with the air that goes into the patient’s mouth and they just don’t want to replace it. The vacuum pump that sucks saliva, pus and blood from the people’s mouth had a serious water leak the other day and it flooded another dental office downstairs, with all this biological nastiness. They blamed a technician, and did not replaced what needs to be replaced.The entire equipment is extremely old and represents a serious health risk for patients and users. They are not professionally ethical at all. Not even an animal deserves this type of carelessness for stinginess. Be very careful with this people, I won’t recommend them to even to my worst enemy. This office needs to be shut down forever. I’m giving a star because there is no other level under it!

During the holiday season, nature surprised me with a need to see my dentist. As my dentist was out of country and it was a Friday prior to a long weekend, I was naturally in a state of near panic. Upon calling Dr. Wong’s office, I was immediately calmed as the receptionist’s demeanor was caring and empathetic. Fortunately, Dr. Wong was kind enough to squeeze me in for an exam. That caring and empathy was equally evident from Dr. Wong as she reassured me and gently attended to her profession. I simply cannot speak highly enough regarding the attention I received and the kindness demonstrated by her entire staff.

Have had 2 visits and its been a great experience!! She worked on my teeth and i had no pain even after all the work that she did !! No after pain or burning sensation like i had always experienced previously! Dr Wong is great.

I love Dr. Wong-Looi’s office! I’ve been going here for 13 years and every time it is a pleasant experience (which says a lot for a dentist’s office!) The staff are friendly and caring and intelligent, Dr. Wong lives up to the name of her business (Soft Touch), and their billing is very reasonable, even though I don’t have dental insurance. Now that I live in Broward county, I have to drive 35 minutes to go to this office – but it is SO worth it!
