X Terminator Pest Control

Ants were invading my home in Coconut Creek so I called X Terminator. The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They sent over a technician the same day and he treated the inside and outside perimeter of my home. It was a very effective treatment at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently moved into Coral Springs and used X Terminator to service my house. I was very impressed with my initial service. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. The treatment seemed to get rid of an ant problem we had. I would recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

I had this company treat my kitchen for termites. I was told to pay $275 and they would come back for follow ups. That it would be better then paying per visit. I had them come out and treat the same areas multiple times and the termites still reappeared in the same areas. After 3 times of them not taking care of the issue, on the 4th call they refused to come back out to treat the same area again unless I gave them another $75. Each time they would spend no more then 10mins at the house. If they did a thorough job I probably would not of had to call them back multiple times. The owner Travis is a smooth talker, but very shady. When I tried to dispute the charges with Amex he sent in an fake invoice in which he changed the details on and forged my signature. This company can not be trusted!! I also see they have their own employees writing reviews for the company. Again, do not trust this company or anything Travis has to say!!

I have been using this company for almost 15 years, they are awesome. We have never had a bug problem during their service and their customer service is outstanding. Travis always takes the time to address any issues i have had in the beginning and now of course we no longer have any issues. I have recommended them to my mother, my aunt and friends. This is truly a great company.
