Xiao-Mei Zeng, MD LLC

Just had my first visit with Dr. Zheng. She interviewed me prior to my exam, wrote down my complete family history & was very patient. Dr. Zheng was attentive and did not rush through this process. She addressed my concerns and questions. I had been going to the same gynecologist for years even though I did not feel valued as a patient. . Dr. Zeng and her staff were helpful, FRIENDLY and professional. Even as a first visit I felt that Dr. Zeng truly cared. Overall a great first visit. She also works a regular work week. I’m relieved to have found Dr. Zeng

Dr Zeng is amazing! I trust her with my life. Staff is great. They have been with me for both my deliveries. I drive over a hour to come see them. Yes I did that with both pregnancies. That’s how much I trust her and her staff. Wait time sometimes get out of hand but remember she is helping a mother in need or some emergency that needs her. I personally don’t mind waiting as it gives me peace of mind to be with her as I trust her.

I went into their office last week and I must say the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Zeng took the time to meet and speak with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Thank you!

Not a single star if I could! I had an appointment booked weeks in advanced for yesterday. Last week, I called these people to tell them that my dad booked a high risk heart procedure over an hour away that same day so I asked for them to book a separate appointment a couple weeks later in case I didn’t make yesterday’s in time. They said sure, no problem and I had two appointments booked. I just called them to confirm the second appointment since I couldn’t make it yesterday and they said there was no second appointment and that they’re fully booked for weeks! Didn’t even bother asking why I needed to be seen in case it’s urgent (which it is) and now I’m stuck trying to find someone else to see and ASAP. Terrible, inconsiderate people and thank god I told them that I’d never go there because if I’m having these many problems with them before the first appointment, imagine what kind of problems I’d have when I’m a patient and dependent on them for care! Thanks for cancelling that appointment without my permission and showing colors so I can go somewhere better!!!

Dr. Zeng has been my ob/gyn for 10 years. She has seen me through the best and worst times. She is an exemplary physician and works tirelessly for her patients. I have had 3 high-risk pregnancies and she took excellent care of me every time. She is always available and accommodating. She has a busy office because she’s the best! Likewise, her staff is courteous and friendly. They always greet me with big smiles and ask about the family/life. Highly recommend!
