I didn’t buy anything from this location because of the poor customer service. There were 2 employees working on the sales floor that failed to greet or even acknowledge me. Even if they were helping anyone (which they weren’t), they could have said “hi” or just nodded at me. It is such a small thing. Yet, I don’t like spending my money in stores where employees are negatively affecting my shopping experience.

Love the smells, only downside is that I can’t find the same sent after a few months.

I’m really surprised this store doesn’t have any reviews yet but I am very happy to be the first.

I called on my way home to see where the store was located inside the mall. I’m not a huge fan of malls but based off of the way Noah answered the phone, I decided to go in. He greeted me with such enthusiasm that it immediately made me smile. I asked him what the best entrance was to get inside the store and he told me his favorite way and even gave me directions from a parking garage just in case it was raining. He was kind and silly. I loved every second of his phone presentation.

So my main reason for going into the store was to return some items that I had ordered online because I didn’t really like the scent of them. I was greeted immediately by the manager (Margaret) who was extremely patient, kind, and genuine. I can honestly say that I have never had an experience like the one that I had at this store yesterday. They let me pick out new items and then also showed me some more items that I might like. The other associate, Kayla, helped me find some items that I might like and got me super excited about the sale.

I came in to exchange items and left with so much more. The enthusiasm and genuine kindness these three people showed me left me feeling so happy. I told them that I would be leaving reviews online and filling out whatever survey I possibly can for them. They went above and beyond any expectation I possibly could have had.

I also will not be purchasing Yankee Candle online unless I have to ship an item to someone and it will be easier that way. They have earned my business and my word of mouth referral.
