They cancel the order which I was waiting for a month without email or refund. GOOD LUCK!!!

ORDER STILL NOT COMPLETED!!!!!!

Original delivery had two items missing. I called right away same day to confront the issue, i was told it would take an additional THREE MONTHS!! For my replacement order since it’s a customized sofa so I waited 4 months to contact them. I NEVER received my package . they told me the package was sent out back in January 2nd !! They sent me a tracking number confirming the package was delivered at the (front desk) at my appartement complex .z Gallerie made a big error
1) (wrong name ) on package
2)they didn’t even put my appartement number ?!?! which made it impossible for me to receive my package in this first place.,which I am furious about. Finally found the package (a month over due)
The missing replacement items I received were POOR QUALITY made in China
original sofa is customized and made in California,USA
original cushions all have light tan zippers
my replacement items had black zippers!!!
I was supposed to receive a long arm cushion instead they sent me a long back cushion , and of course with the stupid black zippers
It has been nothing but a nightmare with Z Gallerie for the amount of money you pay you expect to get nothing but quality customer service along with high quality furniture.
I am now in the process of having to wait an additional three months, like I have said it is a customized purchase . at the end of all of this I will have my complete sofa 9MONTHS!!! As they emailed me stating estimated wait will be April 17, 2021 !!!!!
If I could give zero stars that would be what I would rate the Z Gallerie experience

Wowow..They raised there prices..Really what was corporate thinking don’t they know people are out of work and Covid is happening..Wow this will be an eye opener/test for them..What are they trying to do jump to the front of the Bankruptcy line!! They do have some nice pieces.

Love this store! Ok so every time I walk into this store the smell of it is so enticing I fall in love. Sometimes I just walk in there to take a whiff. I’m not even kidding. I asked someone that works there what that amazing scent was and I was told they don’t sell it they just pump it through the ac. When I asked if she knew what the scent was she said no they don’t tell us. So after some digging I found out that they use a company called Air Esscentials and the smell is Royal Palm. I immediately purchased my own bottle and my house smells amazing now too! In case you wanted to know where to find that amazing smell. 😉
