Waterstone Resort & Marina, Boca Raton, Curio Collection

We didn’t stay at the hotel but, had dinner at the Water Stone Restaurant. The hotel looks beautiful & modern. They offer valet parking. Great pool area with cabanas. Rooms look nice in pictures. Wait staff, at the restaurant, was horrible. We literally waited 20 minutes to get a waiter’s attention, only to be told he couldn’t take our order. He had to send over our waiter. Our waiter never came back until I got up & approached the manager, who seemed like he couldn’t care & there was no sense of urgency. We ordered mussels & had to send them back as they were inedible. I don’t think we’ll be returning to this restaurant.

Outdoor seating on the Intracoastal Waterway. Watch the boats go by while enjoying friends over food and drinks. Very nice.

Wonderful hotel! Clean and everyone is very nice especially Farhan and Taylor. They make our stay even more memorable each and every time. Even during the pandemic the quality of service and cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is impeccable. The housekeeping staff is also kind and efficient, they always make sure we have exactly what we need. Thank you!

Tyler at the front desk was so polite and helpful! She helped me pay for my moms hotel room the night of her wedding . She also helped me setup an amenity and extend the room an additional night. I would highly recommend the Waterstone due to Tyler alone. Hopefully next time I will come visit the beautiful property!
