I cannot say enough about the Millman Law Group. They helped me to apply and receive medicaid benefits to cover my brothers expenses in a memory care facility. However, for five months no medicaid payments were accepted by the facility and by mid April, my brother died. I was also personally receiving enormous bills of close to $10,000.00 for his care after his death. Aaron negotiated with the facility and was able to reinstate back medicaid payments that was owed to my brother and renegotiated part of a contract I signed thinking I was signing as Power of Attorney. Being a care giver is complex, expensive, and stressful. The Millman Group understands elder law, estate planning, etc. From my experience, it is better to take the time and consult with Aaron and his team before you make decisions for your loved one.
