What an amazing apartment complex!!
Our daughter is looking to relocate here and I can’t find a better place…..

This is probably the worst building I’ve ever lived in. It feels like a concentration camp, as a resident I can’t park on the side of the building? I was told when it was shown to me that the side parking was convenient since my apartment is right next to it, suddenly they change the story. Everything breaks in this apartment, done so cheap, everything looks good until you live in it. You hear the upstairs tenant flush the toilet, and every noise you can think of, kitchen has practically no drawers, I complained that dryer was staining my clothes, nobody showed up, light and fan in one bedroom never worked, but management can’t fixed it, and so on, and for all this I pay almost $ 4,000 . It’s a robbery.

Beautiful building and well located, with restaurants and markets in the complex. Apartments are small, though, and not as up to date as you might expect for a new complex.

This has a fancy new lobby but the building itself does not look like a 2017 building like it says on apartments.com. In fact the apartments are very musty and have an older style with low ceilings and the AC vents on the ceiling look like the style of old buildings, like the AC vents that hang down from the ceiling. Not sure if the “built in” date is completely wrong on apartments.com but it wasted my time going to look at it.

I lived at Altis for 1 year. It is very convenient to live there. You can walk to Fresh market and restaurants. Kristina Belle, Nick and Chairman are great and they really care about the residents. Every time that I needed some help, or information or question they were always ready to help.
