Great product and great customer support. ISS is always open to new ideas and their products are tailored for our specific needs. I know that they are using my feedback to help improve their products and to help improve the functionality to fit our company and operation. Scott, Steve and their team are always available for help.

Great product but even greater service from the company. They are receptive to changes our organization needed to be successful and worked to make their product fit our needs rather than the other way around. As a client I always feel they listen to our input and actually make changes based on our feedback.

As a user turned employee, I can say this company and their products are excellent from all aspects. As an event manager, I used the Incident Management System and Computerized Maintenance Management System to manage my day-to-day operations effectively. Now as a specialist of the system, I help our users see the benefit of setting up the system as a tool for Proactive Operations. I look forward to what we accomplish in the future!
