The parking fees are excessively high. Only worth parking here if you stay the day or have a pass. They do have grills tho, so it is more than just parking. Also restroom facilities and a small park. When Spanish River Blvd parking is full (usually most of the day) this is the second closest place to park. But for beach parking, again excessively high.
