Make sure to NEVER work with Scott… lied over and over about having permission to charge my relatives Credit Card. Absolutely horrible customer service. Charged a relatives credit card without permission, would not issue a refund. Cancelled our policy after they finally issuing the refund. . Refused to help the situation, cancelled our policy because we wanted to make payments instead of paying all at once. TERRIBLE!!!
