I was in a hurry to renew a homeowners policy due to problems with renewal. I was not a current customer. I looked at these reviews and saw the most stars here. Took a chance, called and spoke with Dean. He passed me to Renee and assured me she was experienced and would follow up as needed via PHONE and EMAIL. Renee got the job done quick, painlessly, contacted everyone and collected the necessary paperwork.

As the process continued I was also contacted by other staff and realized this is a fine team. Great communication, follow up. Easy to put trust in their business! THANK YOU Absolute!!
