The respiratory therapists are great. Ron and Joe respond quickly to problems and are genuinely concerned and willing to help.

If your doctor or Insurance is dealing with this company – STOP and ask them to get you another company Before you Start.

There is No customer service – they Failed to provide you information and you are Not In Compliance with your insurance they do Not take the responsibility to admit it’s their fault. They do Not contact you at all if you don’t meet the compliance for the first month to let you know. They just Slap you in your face when it’s time to return the machine and ask you when they can pick it up.

Then Slap you in the face with a 3 months Invoice asking you to pay when you do Not have Any day in the Matter with No notifications at all in 3 months time for you to have a Choice to Return the machine – which I Consider is Theft because you have to pay them for the 3 months because you did use the machine.

Try calling the company and talk to someone they will just tell you you have to pay that’s it.

I have been a patient for four years and have always been treated very graciously. I’ve had a therapist come out to check on my equipment and show me everything. They have all been great on the phone also.

This is the hardest possible business to work with. Calls are neither answered nor messages returned. We have been trying to get new C-PAP service set up for a week. This is, sadly, the vendor our pulmonologist works with but, hopefully, a new decision will be made by that practice in the future regarding this provider. We have no idea if their products or service is competent because we cannot make contact with anyone to get started. The company needs a complete customer service makeover. We will report them to Medicare but that will have no consequences. Hopefully, anyone considering C-Pap equipment and care will choose another vendor. We have now left messages for the GM in the Boca office also to no avail. This organization is obviously understaffed and highly disorganized.
