Good store

Terrible customer service. I received boots as a gift that did not fit. I came to the Boca Raton location to return and receive a gift card/credit. Was told by the manger who looked no older than 19 to take my stuff back home and he won’t exchange my items till I find new shoes. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve bought many shoes from here an have never had an issue returning. This child clearly has no experience in retail/
customer service.

Terrible customer service. Particularly unhelpful and entitled.

I purchased a pair of shoes that I needed to return. I have had to make multiple trips to do so. First, I was told that my electronic receipt was not acceptable for the return. I went home and came back another time. Next I was told that they could not accept a return because it was Cyber Monday. I was told that I should have read the fine print on the back of the receipt and should have known this. Now I have to come back a third time. I anticipate another reason for the rejection of the return.

I have bought several pairs of shoes at this store but will not be purchasing any more. The hassle just is not worth my time.

Love this location! The manager James is amazing and his team is super friendly and outgoing. Love shopping with them 🙂
