I went there TODAY and bought a Game of Thrones “Targaryen” Ring. I wore it the whole day without any issues and now it simply broke. I didn’t even do ANYTHING. I haven’t readjusted it all day (yes it changes size) and now it just falls off. I’m kind of mad because I spent $60 on something that I thought was going to last long and be of good quality. I hope the 1 month guarantee works. Customer service was great and very helpful, despite of the ring’s poor quality.

I love alex and ani charms. We bought a few things 2 transactions. The 1st transaction was great! The second transaction could be better, the girl who checked us out the second time seems to not care about the stuff we are buying. She seems a little too clumsy and just threw the bracelets in their boxes without fixing them. Just a little disappointed with that one girl. Other than that everything else went pretty well.
