Visited Altier Jewelers for the purpose of getting a Luxury watch repaired. Len’s Customer service was outstanding and he went the extra mile by calling around to other stores in the area to confirm his assumptions. He spent a lot of time with me when he didn’t have to. Len and Altier Jewelers have earned my respect and future business based on his knowledge, respect and care.

Len was so accommodating when I visited Altier Jewelers on 11/24/2020. He greeted my son and I at the door and provided us with such details on my Patek watch. He was straightforward on the options for replacing my band as well as the process it would take for an extravagant time piece. I am visiting my eldest son in Florida from Philadelphia. Yet Len made me feel confident that whatever decision I make he would remain committed in servicing my needs.
I have never experienced this kind of attention to details from any establishment I have visited with just questions vs a Potential paying customer.
