I tried one and it worked perfectly, so I didn’t even need him to come over, which saved me money in not paying for a diagnostics visit. I just lost my job due to pandemic and every penny counts. I am very grateful and adding his number in my phone book and will be the first one I will call for any future repairs.

My ice maker stopped working, so I called these guys. They responded quickly. Henry came out and was not only very friendly and professional but looked at all the possible causes of the issue before determining that it was the icemaker itself that needed to be replaced. We quickly set up a date for his return and he showed up on time and efficiently replaced the icemaker and cleaned up well. Not only that he was extremely courteous and friendly not only to me but my dog as well. Highly recommended service.

Appliance Repair Boca Raton is a class act. Super nice technician. Stellar customer service. His response time is beyond fantastic. He came out the same day, and within hours of my initial request. I have a 1994 GE Monogram fridge. He tells me, what ever it is, it can be fixed… but that he doesn’t want to just install parts. He want’s to make sure it really needs it. That’s exactly what I want to hear… honesty. He’s upfront with this pricing, which I think was very fair… and he knows his stuff. Really impressed!
