We replaced our plain front entry door with a beautiful impact glass door from ARMORVUE. The process was seamless and the Sales person, Simon, and the entire office staff were very responsive. They took care of all the paperwork with our HOA and the County. They kept me informed of everything along the way, even that Palm Beach County was behind with permits. Got all the approvals in a timely manner and the door was actually in before the promised date. The installer, Neal, was very professional and did a beautiful job. Cleaned up everything so my house was left immaculate. Wore a mask the entire time so I did not have to worry since he was in my house. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for Impact Windows and Doors.

If there was an option to leave zero stars I would have chosen that. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but in this case I feel I must in order to warn potential customers. They do not honor their “lifetime limited warranty” I contracted with ArmorVue 5 yrs ago to install glass sliders on my patio. Expensive project. I should have researched more thoroughly. The job was done but in a very sloppy manner. Sometime later I notice the metal tracks showing a hard substance and I thought it might be mold. It was checked out. Not mold. It kept spreading and I called in several pros who had no idea what was causing it. Long story short; ArmorVue came to my home a number of times and just gave me lip service. I was told it was my cleaning solution causing the problem. Windex. Seriously? They sent a repairman who tried but couldn’t fix the problem with caulk and paint. I even contacted a couple of attorneys but didn’t want to spend more on legal fees than the cost to repair the job. I finally found another window company who did the repair beautifully for very little expense. ArmorVue could have and should have done this but they don’t care about you if there are problems. Stay away from them.

Armorvue advertised call, click or visit for a free estimate. I chose to click. They asked numerous questions, some of which I would not disclose my personal information. I asked for the free click for estimate price. I was declined over and over. I repeated the words in their ad but was ignored. Seemed deceiving to me. We were both polite to each other till they finally ended our conference. I would like to know why they advertise to click to get an estimate, then don’t. Imagine the treatment I would get if I had a problem!
Taking my business elsewhere. My suggestion is you do too.

My second time dealing with ARMORVUE. 💘 my original casement so I just ordered 2 MORE to replace windows I can’t even open. Greg Federman was wonderful to work with when he came to estimate my NEEDS. Knowledgeable and pleasant but NOT pushy at ALL. Great experience overall.

From our sales guy JD to the owner coming out after our final inspection to see how everything went. He even removed our stickers and cleaned the windows. Communication was excellent throughout the process letting us know when timelines changed and were upfront about install being about 8-9 weeks out. Fair pricing and great experience overall. Would highly recommend.
