I just went for my first mani/pedi in a year since the pandemic started, and I had an excellent experience. I had switched to this nail salon about six months before the pandemic hit, and was very happy with it immediately. The staff is very professional, and they focus on the customer instead of talking amongst themselves as I have experienced at other salons. I also like that they match the NexGEN nail color to a regular polish for my toes. I had not seen that at other salons. I look forward to continuing to to utilize their services, and I highly recommend them.

I have NEVER written a review but felt I literally had to. I came in to get a fill ended up paying $58.73! Which is ridiculous for a FILL. But I would have been satisfied even if the nails were half decent. Two days later my nail broke. The French looks all bubbled on the tip. Really really disappointed won’t be going back.

I’ve been using them for over 5 years. I’ve referred over 10 women who still are weekly clients. I booked my usual weekly appointment of which i spend over 100$ every visit. I’ve never been more disappointed . I was told after one nail of color when i mention I did not like it that i can go sit in someone else’s chair because she did not have time to change the color. I was there for less than 40 minutes of which I always get a design and more leans towards an hour and a half. Melissa was rude and disrespectful and told me her next client was there so she could not accommodate or finish my Nails. I will take my business where anyone would be happy to have it.

Follow up of my 2 days ago review, which is below….. I had scheduled an appointment with Julie on this Friday. But today I was called and canceled my appointment.
They told, they are not taking my appointments anymore?!?!? Before me they called my daughter who has the same last name and wanted to cancel her appointment. This is absolutely suck customer service. 100% unprofessional. Stop come there guys. That business doesn’t have right to exist.

Julie is only valuable. I love her. And also I’ve heard many great reviews about Melissa. The others are wasting your time and money. The manager is rude. The front desk staff is unprofessional.
