I went to the AVEDA store in Boca Town Center Mall today, I’ve been shopping at this location for many years but it is the first time I am shopping there since COVID. I was very impressed on how the are managing the store and the cleanliness for the safety of their customers. I was helped today by William who has been helping me for years. His product knowledge is exceptional and he always makes my day! They have new skin care which I have been trying and it has made a huge difference for me. I also really love their body care products and the fact that the company is vegan.

I absolutely am in Love with this store. Beautiful, clean and a pleasure to shop here. The staff is always amazing, especially William the manager, he always goes out of his way to provide the best customer service! I have been using AVEDA for many years and this store is by far the best one to shop! They also have many fun events.

I bought a dry remedy oil product on Friday and the bottle must have been defective or the cap not sealed because when I got home the oil had spilled all over my bag. I was not given a bag so further the oil got all over a shirt I had just bought at Express. I called the store to let them know and was told by Linda the sales person to come in for a replacement. Went back on Monday and spoke to Linda who did remember the conversation but because 98% of the oil was missing did not want to replace the product she was incompetent, condescending and has zero customer service skills. She phoned the manager William who did nothing not even hear my side of the story I asked to speak to him and she kept ignoring my requests although Williams holds the title of manager he is is not be interrupted on a holiday/day off. I am disgusted at the way I was treated in this store no customer service, no good will! I spent $34 on a product that didn’t even make it home. Linda had the audacity to tell me that because the bottle was almost empty it could not be replaced but if it was half gone they would have replaced it!..GURRRRRR how could I possibly control the leak of the bottle. First off it’s a very small bottle about 3 inches tall and the oil fell out. I had called the store 3 days prior and was told to come in for a replacement, I live 30 minutes from this store she not only wasted my time she has left a really terrible impression on the Aveda products.
