This company is horrible. My HOA uses them and I consistently have bills coming in late and they only allow you to pay online with a card payment and in doing so, you have to pay an additional $3.95 fee. If you decide to mail in the check, they do not honor the post marked date even though their bills come in late. I called to check all of this and the girl that answered the phone told me I would just have to keep track of it myself and log on to the website. They are milking everything they can.
