You call the customer service line and are put on hold in perpetuity. I finally hung up after 30 minutes. Obviously, once you buy their product they could give a damn about servicing it. Horrible, horrible customer service

Zero stars. I will not buy any product that has this company’s name associated with it. I bought a Stanley Portable Power unit (Power iT 1200A) at Wal Mart. I paid just about $100 (a $40 premium over other similar products) to ensure that I would have no problems with it. However, the second time I used the air pump, it failed (sounded like a wounded animal and would not pump air). Tried to call them at the toll-free number in their product manual but the phone is never answered.

I would strongly urge that consumers avoid this Company (Baccus Global LLC of Boca Raton, FL). This is a product that is inherently used only rarely. Such an infrequently used product that is sold at a 40% premium should not fail in it’s first year of operation and should be more acessibly supported by a customer service department.

Please don’t buy any of their products, with the bad design they don’t sell parts, so i was told to recycle my device because a tiny piece broke in it.
I hope that all manufacturers stop working with you.

I would love to give this company ZERO stars. Purchased a Stanley Re-charge 50Amp pack for $60 at Wal-Mart. Pulled it out of the box and it was clearly defective. Called the company and sat for close to an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone. No such luck!😡 Never purchasing their products again!!

First Stanly Fat Max I bought from Sam’s club failed right out of the box. The display would not operate.
I took it back and swapped it for another.
This one will not cut off when tire pressure is reached .Made in China.
