Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

BOA is not going to be the bank for me any more they are never opened and when they are they have one person working the counter. This is unacceptable especially if your trying to run a business and need something from the bank.

Straight trash, glad I don’t bank here. Won’t be cashing another check here.

Always a long wait!! Understaffed to the Nth degree. Drive through is non-existent. I hate this bank!!! 30 minute wait inside with one teller..

Got here at 330 waited outside for 15 min cause only allowed a certain amount of people inside didnt walk out til 420 all just to cash a check!!!! And the drivethru closed! Do not come here for anything worst bank ever!

Worse banking experience I’ve ever had. I opened a new account, and deposited 2 payroll checks here. The bank held my 2nd check for 10 days, and couldn’t tell me where the funds were. The issuing bank informed me that they already released funds a week ago. No one in Bank of America, not 1-800 “customer service”, neither the local representative could tell me where the funds were, or why they were holding check. I will be closing this account, with no further interest in working with this bank. Where is the “…committed to doing everything to meet banking needs… “?
