I was here yesterday and Lori was such a pleasure to meet! It was my first time there. Even though times are tough for small business during this pandemic – she gave me a discount! If you need a watch for your battery or a new watch go see her!

This is a family business with a family man at the head. Fantastic collection and great customer service. Everything is done with love and passion! Had a great time talking to the owner and got my watch fixed in not time. Really makes you feel welcomed!

I brought 2 watches to Beta Pen simply to have the batteries changed. I did not get a chance to pick them up the same day. My husband went tonight and at first, 1/2 the strap from one watch was missing. Interesting. It was found. Then when he arrived home with them, I looked them over – the gold plating was missing on various spots (but in a consistent pattern) that looked like they were polished right off. The band was not like this when I brought it in, because it truly is a dress watch that was not worn on a regular basis. I called to tell the gentleman what was wrong and ask what happened. Immediately he was defensive and rude. He had no desire to listen to anything I had to say and even hung up on me after he told me that he has been at Boca Town Center for 27 years because of his reputation. Well sadly – I will never go back. My beautiful and luxury watch band is ruined (have had this watch for 15 years). No customer service what so ever. $110 for 3 batteries (one of the watches takes a double battery). This man is rude and tyrannical. His prices are inflated. Unfortunately the convenience has cost me more than money. I will never go back or recommend Beta Pen.

Great place. The owner is a doll. He fixed all my watches fast and even helped me find the perfect gift for my husband! He’s been here 25 years and really knows his stuff
