I celebrated my PhD this evening in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that we enjoyed a phenomenal evening and the venue was undoubtedly the reason for the fruitful meeting. The stuff contributed in a gorgeous way, the food was great and my guests were extremely joyful. We shall definitely visit again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

After a minor seating snaffu, had a great birthday dinner for my German dad.
The staff was friendly and super helpful..

The pretzel was great, nice and toasty on the outside, warm and soft inside – great with the bier cheese!
The perogies were tasty and fried beautifully and went really well with the garlic aioli.
Pleasantly surprised by the sauerkraut fritters too!

I will say that the fried foods were a bit monotonous; while they were fried beautifully, everything had exactly the same texture -from the perogies, to the fritters, to the veal schnitzel, spicy fried chicken sandwich, and kids chicken fingers.
Dad had the wurst platter and said it was delicious.

Great selection of good beers, easy to find something for everyone. Would have loved to try the black forest lava cake, but they were out. The red velvet donuts were good, but the dipping chocolate tasted burnt. The drippy gooey caramel sauce made up for it though.
All in all, a very good dinner, and I would go back to try more things.

Thanks for the great night, and happy 74th dad!
