We had a big mess. Our homeowners insurance was cancelled because we had been paid a $34,000.00 claim and a $12,000.00 claim. We never made these claims and were never paid anything. UNIVERSAL the company who canceled us and the company who said we made the claim was no help. We went to Bill Anderson he had it straightened out in no time and we had a policy. We will now be able to sleep at night during hurricane season.

I had been with a certain company for over 4 years and I was delighted to have received a call from Allstate to discuss discounted rates… they saved me and my family over $100 a month. I’m truly blessed🌞🌈

Using Bill Anderson-Allstate was the most satisfying experience I have encountered in a long time.
All my inquiries were answered at the time of my call. All messages left were responded to in a timely manner.
All personnel were courteous and efficient.
Will recommend this agent to all the people I know.

I was about to close on a house with recalled FPE panel and an old roof. While shopping around for insurance, I happen to find Bill. After explaining the house condition to him, he told me straight up, this could be an insurance nightmare. And gave me an advice to negotiate on the price or get the seller to replace the panels, since the seller cannot sell his house with those recalled panels. My realator only cared about making a sale, and kept on telling me to not go any lower than the offer, or might lose it.And I myself was eager to buy it at the initial offer price. But I took Bill’s advice and negotiated the offer price more than the cost of the repairs. I am so thankful to him for giving me an honest opinion on the insurance matter and most importantly saving me a few thousand dollars by giving me the advice. I am going to be his loyal customer as long as the rates are not significantly high.
