There is so much wrong with Black Rhino I don’t even know where to begin; let me first begin with the fact that I have been waiting almost a year to have new windows installed. The owner has had multiple teams sent to my house and on two separate occasions the workers came totally unprepared, no one spoke english and they decided top leave without doing anything and leaving my window outside in the rain. They don’t return calls and always make excuses as to where products are, in all honesty I cannot believe people still choose to use them after reading some reviews. I have other friends who have used their services and we were all so beyond disappointed, I will tell everyone and anyone to use literally anyone else. Unless you want your project to take months and be totally overcharged use Black Rhino, if not RUN THE OTHER WAY AND CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE!!!!

management changed here and they are awful. They installed shutters on our small apartment in January/February 2018. The shutters are controlled by a remote and got stuck in the up position. They came out to “Fix it” and burnt out the motor. They now told us that they terminated their relationship with the motor company and we are out of luck. $5000 down the tube to an incompetent company.

Needed an upgrade after the hurricane and reached out. Staff was prompt with my estimate and friendly and virtuous upon installation. From initial contact to installation, I couldn’t have found a better company to work with.

Several years ago he came over to assess my window needs and provide a quote. He seemed friendly but I got a lot of slimy “sales talk”. Several times I asked if he was an approved PGT installer. He said “yes”. When he left, I called PGT and got a list of their approved resellers / installers. He wasn’t on the list. I called them to confirm, nope! PGT had no record of him or his company… I’d avoid him, he’s liar. Way too may other vendors out there to choose from.

I have called twice now and left message for owner to call me about status of our part that he told my daughter’s boyfriend it was under warranty and he would mail it out on Monday which was Oct. 30th. We are only a 2 hour drive from Boca Raton so today is Nov. 8th I would think the post office would have made it here by horse and buggy by now and yes I payed for hurricane shutter in full right in the beginning. So, I will leave this message for anyone to read until we get the part. I hate to see it come down to this and I understand people get busy, but if I don’t hear back from anyone and it goes to the answering machine every time hopefully this will cost him a few $$$.
