Owner is highly lacking and might even completely be missing his person to person professional business skills. Ask any of the other employees, they’ll agree.

Great place to find fresh bagels. I use to go to Bagels with Deli in Delray until their attitude and prices didn’t match the quality. Boca Bagel has a NY/NJ flavor and if you can’t stand people from where bagels were born then move on. Reasonable prices and quality.
