Boca City Walk Apartments

I have been looking for apartments and I decided to check out Boca City Walk Apartments. Katja, who is one of the leasing consultants was very knowledgeable as well as super pleasurable to tour with. The apartment I looked at was beautiful and everything I would want in a unit. The pool is amazing as well as the gym. This apartment complex has all the amenities I have been looking for.

its a good area, with good people, friendly staff, and exceptional maintenance. the dog park needs a LOT of help. the walls are thin, but that has been the case in all the apartments in florida thus far. love the outside lounge area with the pool table and of course , the Sky Lounge

Just moved from NJ to Boca Raton and found a rental at Boca City Walk prior to moving for my mother who also moved. From the start the management has been excellent. The response time for the answering service needs improvement, but once you speak to someone at the main office it’s great.

Domingo and Hasmik helped me with all of the arrangements prior to moving and were very responsive and friendly. Extra points for Hasmik as she is so on point with everything and never makes you feel like you are a bother or asking too many questions. She is truly excellent and easy to communicate with.

The building has lived up to my expectations and my mom is very happy with her apartment and large balcony. The apartment was perfectly clean upon move in and everything is modern. It is very spacious for a 1 bedroom and has an excellent layout in my opinion. The hallways are very well kept as well.

Maintenance has been wonderful. There was a small issue with the lighting and the refrigerator and it was fixed right away. Danny was very helpful to my mom from the start. Ronald is also amazing and we appreciate you all. Great team overall.

Lastly, you can’t beat the location. Trader Joe’s across the street, Dunkin’ Donuts on the corner and close proximity to restaurants is so convenient.

We just renewed our lease for Boca City Walk. We love everything about living here. Coming from a house and transitioning to apartment living was seamless and the office staff including Hasmik, Chris, and Domingo are always cheerful and super helpful. The location in downtown Boca directly across from Trader Joe’s is spectacular! If you’re looking to make a move you can’t go wrong with BCW!

Boca City Walk is an incredible apartment complex. We’ve lived here now coming on 3 years and it’s become our home. The location is perfect, it’s walking distance to everything, the management is great, Hasmik is super helpful and easy to work with, the manager Chris is wonderful and the maintenance staff are efficient and so kind. We just moved into a bigger apartment and they made the move seamless. It’s clean, safe, well-maintained and so beautiful. Couldn’t say enough good things.
