Visited friends, nicely manicured greens & overall beautiful community.

Home owners can not sell their homes in this development due to greed of the HOA. $70,000 payable to the HOA once you purchase a home with another $30,000 per year in club and maintenance fees. The current homeowners have to either sell way under market value to get out. Some owners have even sold for $1 to stop the bleeding. Other than that, it a nice place to live with great golf course.

Best small boutique cc in palm beach county. Great golf, world class chef and amenities.
