Boca Pointe Community Association

Incompetent ivonne can’t get the job right. I asked to delete someone from the list and she deleted myself from my own apartment. I don’t understand how could a simple task can be so difficult to do. I would like someone to contact me . This is the third time I have been there for same issue.

My experience with this HOA was very unpleasant. They took 34 days to approve a tenant (Florida law says a maximum of 30) who had previously lived in the neighborhood for years. Ruining the projected move date for both the landlord and the tenant. They were incredibly unresponsive to tons of emails and calls.

Boca Pointe is probably the best place to live in South Florida. It has a non-mandatory country club. Since the country club is not mandatory, house prices continue to rise. The country club is Affordable. The country club has every amenity with new restaurants and a new Athletics Center that is absolutely second to none. Living in Boca Pointe is fantastic.

Well…. The worst association ever… We are not allowed to cover windows to protect ourselves from hurricane Irma… Association is threatning to take my window boards down… Are they out of their minds? Is that even legal? I have kids to protect….
