I had a top-notch experience working with Marcus S. from Boca Raton Towing. He was professional, kind, & accommodating. The battery on my Porsche was completely shot & would not start even with a jumper box. Despite this, Marcus was still able to shift my car into Neutral & safely get the car onto his tow truck. I also appreciated that Marcus was wearing a mask the entire time & adhering to all COVID-19 safety precautions. Markis was amazing! I felt so bad it was pouring soooo bad when he arrived and he was so worried about my safety and me being uncomfortable. He was so professional and caring and got my car on the bed in little to no time and made my terrible situation with a bad tire way better! I would definitely recommend to friends and family
