Boca Winds Apartments

I recently moved into Boca Winds and I can honestly say this is an exceptional place to live! Rachel and Dee have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. Outstanding customer service!

I love living in Boca Winds. Nikki in the leasing office; and Dee in the maintenance office are awesome. They are always upbeat; have a smile on their faces and you can tell, both genuinely enjoy being here. Their response time to
to administrative questions or maintenance repairs is spot on. Not only to they get back to you quickly; they follow up; and they follow through.

In addition, I love the monthly events they schedule. Creative, fun, and you have the opportunity to interact and, meet your neighbors.

Yes, Boca Winds is in a great location. However, Nikki and Dee’s contributions to this property make it a great place to live!

I have been residing at Boca Winds for five years and I have been very happy. Nicole the property manager is the Best !!!!! She provides the best customer service and is very attentive to the residents needs. She is also willing to help at a drops notice. I highly recommend living in Boca Winds.

I moved here in July and I’m really enjoying Boca Winds so far. Outdoor area, which includes pool, grill and hammocks is beautiful and landscaping is one of the best looking I have seen so far. Nicole(property manager) is someone that you can always count on if you have any questions or issues, everything is getting taken care of in no time and you can just relax and enjoy living in Boca Winds.

***LOVE IT HERE*** This community is so quaint and homey. All the residents renew because there is no reason to leave! Maintenance is great and responds promptly and you can walk to the beach and are surrounded by so many delicious options of food and shopping. The apartments all come with wood style flooring and stainless steel appliances!! Living at Boca Winds is the definition of living the Florida life style. Highly recommend!!!!!!
