Bolay

I had placed a curbside order and when I showed up I called for them to bring it to me. I was frustrated when 5+ minutes passed without anyone coming out so I called again. It was at that point I realized that I had ordered from the wrong location. The person put me on the phone with the manager and when I told her I was over 20 minutes away she told me not to worry and would credit my order and to go ahead and order from the store I was currently at. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Thank you!

Dillon changed my perception of Bolay, this location actually had my favorite rice 🍚 which is never available at my local bolay. Dillon went out of his way to make sure my experience was the best. This location has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Keep it up guys!

The minute I arrived, I was greeted by Hera with a welcoming smile and positive attitude. I made him aware that today was my first time ever coming into Bolay and he made my first experience the BEST experience. Now I will say the price was a bit much for just a small bowl and a drink, but because of Hera awesome customer service, I no longer cared about the price. Thank you Hera. 😊

They have options for vegetarians.. that’s good

I have been a regular for last 2-3 weeks since it closer to my office. I must say one thing is clearly diminishing.. that’s customer service. I know it’s fast food place and can’t expect Michelin treatment, but recently I have noticed it very much. Folks gets irritated when I ask for veggies instead of protein. Recent times they started replacing one veggie in place of 1 protein ( earlier it was two). Since you set these rules, how can a customer know about it. There is no need to be aggressive when we ask again. Food is tasty, but not healthy. Most of them are heavy sauteed in oil.

Takes forever for orders that are placed on line. This manager or Crew leader with thick accent is clueless. Food by culinary standards is a kitchen trash bucket. Can’t really recommend.
