Owner’s use of vulgar and foul language when handling a complaint. This happened after work resulted in damage to vehicle’s wheel rims causing a potential unsafe condition. I have been a loyal customer since the owner Diego opened around ten years, he has always been good to me. I am surprised at the way he treated my issue and simply requested his assistance in looking at the damage, instead I was cursed out over the phone.

I cannot express enough how amazing this place is. I took my car in this morning prepared to hear a $2k repair, but the owner Diego did a great inspection, and did a small fix and my car runs great! It’s like night and day! I was crumbling thinking of the ordeal of selling the car and buying another, but now I don’t have to. He was so friendly and courteous, I tried to pay him extra, but he insisted against it. A truly great person and mechanic. Definitely taking my car here if it ever runs into any issues and I recommend others to do so too. Would give more stars if I could.
