Brendy’s Yogurt & Ice Cream

So disappointed with our experience. This place used to be our favorite, but the service has definitely gone downhill. If you want to feel rushed and like you’re there to annoy the employees, then this is definitely the place for you. FroYo is still good, but we won’t be back.

Went there today – service was horrible, employee was very very rude for asking a simple question. Very impatient not to mention it appears their freezer burn ice cream has been sitting there since before COVID-19. In some of the ice cream Containers it looks like slime. The candy containers have dead bugs and have not been replenished it looks like in years. The employee then proceeded to TAKE OFF his face mask and yell at me while at the same time wiping the sweat off his face with his hand. Walked out without ordering and will never go back – would NOT recommend this place.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I have never felt so dissrespected. I felt rushed and as if she wanted me to get out of there. No customer should feel that way. Terrible service!

Wow. People are so nice, especially the owner, such a nice guy. Ice cream is so good, nondairy options too! Great place❤️

Large servings of ice creams, staff impatient at checkout. For Boca Raton probably as good as it gets. Don’t think they use much natural ingredients- mostly chemicals to make their non fat products
