So.pleased and happy with my new roof. Excellent job, done in a timing manner, workers prompt and courteous, cleaned up and even did finishing touches. So impressed. Big thank you to Tammy, Jon, Josh and Jim.

They charge me for repair/replace damaged roof tile but did not do job. They left some tiles just stay on roof and do not glue it. Also take off paper from flat part of roof and made it leak. Very bad job. High not recommended.

Called them about a leaking roof right after hurricane Irma. Their diagnosis was that the skylight was cracked and needed to be replaced. Told them that it is most likely not the skylight because we had the skylight sealed by someone not too long ago. Anyways, they replaced the skylight. Once it rained again, we realized it was still leaking, except this time it was worse than ever. They came over one more time and said that it was a separate leak. How can it be a separate leak if they worked on it few weeks before that? Did they not do full repairs or did they misdiagnose the issue? Or is it possible that a completely new leak appeared 2 weeks after they did the initial repairs? Still charged me a minimum charge for the second repair and had to pay for the skylight, which was not part of the original quote. Gave me a 10% discount of the entire amount(first and second repair, including the skylight).

Decided to change our roof this spring before the rainy season. Went with Caldwell and could not be happier. The work was done in 2 weeks with no delays. The workers would arrive in our home 7:30am sharp and be done by 4:30pm. Zero garbage left at the end of the day (zero!) The owner, Jon, would inspect the work daily and give us updates. The roof looks amazing! 100% professionalism and reliability with this company which is something extremely hard to find in South Florida. The owner is on top of the project from beginning to end. Extremely happy with Caldwell. Don’t hesitate to hire these people; five-star company!
