Capoeira Malês of Boca Raton

I am so happy I found this place! I was looking for just a place to get my body moving and I ended up discovering so much more. Not only is it an amazing full body workout, it’s fun, good people, music, martial art, and it is attainable for any athletic level. The teacher is extremely knowledgeable, charismatic, and will make sure you feel comfortable and at the same time get you to do things you never thought you could. I’m pretty sure the first class is free, i would highly recommend giving it a try !

At the capoeira Males Boca. We have been training there for the past 3 years under prof. Negao, and will continue to come. The school has an amazing atmosphere from there kids to the adults program. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help and support. I highly recommend Capoeira Males of Boca Raton.
