We had the exterior of our home painted last month by Cynthia’s team. Everything was great from beginning to end. Cynthia is a consummate professional. She and her husband showed up on time, turned the proposal around quickly and followed up to see if we had any questions or needed any assistance in picking colors. She explained how they set their schedule and provided us with a target date for completion.

Not only did her team produce a quality result in a relatively short time but they cleaned up as they moved along. Marcelo, Jonathan and company were polite, friendly, respectful and seemed to genuinely have pride in their work!

This is exactly how it is supposed to work when you hire someone to complete a home project!

After reading previous reviews and getting quotes from other businesses I called CertaPro Painters and the owners Cynthia and Joseph came out to evaluated my project. Our appointment was scheduled for 10AM and they arrived right on time. Both were very professional and knowledgeable about painting. I have a two story home so this would not be an easy job. They gave me a quote on Wednesday which I accepted and they started on the following Monday. The project manager Marcelo and painters Omar and Johnathan arrived and started the job which took five days. The outcome was way over my expectations. The attention to detail was outstanding. After each day the site was cleaned up and the supplies were neatly stored for the next days work. All landscaping and outdoor furniture was covered with plastic to prevent overspray. On the final day walk through with the painters they were the ones who observed areas that needed touch up and gladly took care of it. Then Cynthia and Joseph came out and walked the property to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I can not say enough good things about this company. From the start to the finished product they were outstanding. Its employees represent the highest standards of professionalism, knowledge and quality.

From the initial estimate to the final walk-through, Cynthia was an absolute joy to work with. She kept us updated through phone, email, and text – communication was great. The crew was phenomenal. They were very professional and friendly and did a great job. When they were done, everything was cleaned up so well it was like they were never here. Everything turned out awesome and we are very pleased. We will only use CertaPro Boca Raton from now on.

We just had Cynthia and her team, headed by Alex, complete an amazing job for us. Before move in, we had them paint garage, ceilings, closets, crown molding, and walls. We ended up with a totally unexpected job of stripping almost 20 doors, and then painting them, due to the previous homeowner using latex over oil, without any prep, and leaving us with a peeling mess. We consider ourselves lucky to have found Cynthia and her team to get us through this process with the minimum of fuss and headaches. The team was professional, very detail oriented, and always responsive to questions and changes. Cynthia is hands on, and always available. CertaPro just finished painting our entire home exterior and interior garage in The Oaks community and it is beautiful! Cynthia and Gerard are the owners and she was wonderful to work with. The utmost in professionalism. Her crew was excellent. Polite, hard working, considerate. This is the third time we’ve used CertaPro in three states and each experience has been great, but Cynthia and Gerard, and their supervisor Marcello and his crew are just the best. And they were less expensive than other companies!
