My son is like most kids afraid to go to the dentist. But the staff was amazing. My son felt comfortable with them. Very friendly staff. Took time to answer my questions.

The front desk is horrid unprofessional to max the girl has no respect for patients she is rude she will laugh at your situation cuts you while talking hangs up she will not give your messages to anyone in the office the mannerism in which she speaks to you is unsettling i don’t understand why the doctor himself allows such disgusting behavior from his office staff to patients! Andrea is also very rude and unprofessional no one should be threaten via phone by the (office manger and hygienist ) same person about a problem they did on a minor child which is been in pain from more than the allotted time you see these are children for crying out loud his practice is a disarray and very unorganized after my child issue still unresolved sad to say i and my entire family will be finding a new dentist and i will make sure to do as many reviews as possible to warn everyone of such a disaster place! Do Not Take Your Children Here!!!

I came here hoping to leave with a smile but instead left with a frown. As soon as I walk in there are dentists yelling at little kids and yanking them by the hands. Arguing and yelling echoed the walls and it felt like I was at a mosh pit.The man who operated on my teeth pulled my braces and gave me pain throughout the whole process. Not only to me, but also to my sister. I do not recommend this place for anybody, this establishment should be shut down. It is called a children’s dentist because it portrays the traits of the workers themselves.

To start my appointment was for 3:10. I sat there until 4:00 with my daughter. Then the receptionist said it was our fault for being late when we were there at 3! Then my daughter went in alone and from outside I heard her scream! My daughter is 15. She is not a child. The dentist immediately was offended when I said I wanted my daughter now. He insisted she was over reacting and was being how “all kids are”. I am disgusted with this establishment.

6 years ago I brought my other daughter there
And she was terrified
I had to take her out of the chair
They were going to pull one of her teeth but she wasn’t numb enough. She was in a lot of pain.
So I walk out w my daughter and Never went back.
Now I decide to bring my youngest daughter in because they’re the closest to my house and accept my insurance.
But an emergency came up and I couldn’t keep my appointment. I had to bring my child to see her psychiatrist in Tamarac
I called children place and explained to the young lady on the phone
And she still said it’s office policy
There will be $40 charge because I didn’t cancel ahead of time.
No problem. I’m not going back. Simple as it is.A place that cannot respect their clients is not a place to go to.
