Great from start to finish. And, their process is easy compared to a recent experience with another mortgage broker on a different property. I’ll use them again and suggest you do too. Thank you Michael, Neil, and Melissa. And they chose a really nice notary (Silvia) to come to us with the final docs to sign.

Where do I begin! This was my FIRST time going through the home buying experience, so ALL of this is/was new to me. Michael helped me out every step of the way. If I had a question or concern, he responded, called and he even connected me to a former real estate agent to help answer some questions, since both myself and the seller were doing this transaction WITHOUT a real estate agent. We hired Choice Mortgage a week or so after Thanksgiving. the ENTIRE Choice Mortgage team was in constant contact with me and always kept me informed, which was a very refreshing & satisfying feeling. They all worked so hard for me to get our home! Within less than a month and half, we are closing on our home! I highly recommend Michael and his entire team! They have the lowest rates and work non-stop for you and do whatever it takes to get you to the finish line! Michael, thank you for everything you and your team did for us!
