It’s impossible to talk to anyone at this branch. The branch number does not allow messages to be left and forwards the call to the automated service where you cannot talk to anyone. The associate’s direct number I do have doesn’t call back. I would normally go and wait forever in person as usual but I had an accident and am temporarily homebound.

Not covid efficient waited for 10 mins while employees had conversation

Fantastic experience today with Anita. I showed up 7 minutes after closing time and she really could have stood firm, but I pleaded and explained I had to have a cashier’s check tonight for my new place so she opened up and let me in. Thank you Anita, you were an angel!
