My wife and I had a great experience with Anna. A purse my wife bought had the finish start coming off after using it it for a day. We brought it back and she replaced it. Great customer experience

My boyfriend went to this store scared and clueless but knew I loved trexes and Coach had the Rexy line. After giving me my gifts for our 3 year anniversary he told me about his experience in the store and how awesome and helpful Logan was. So to all the women out there thank Logan for helping your man pick out gifts for you!!!

Colleen is wonderful and spent literally an hour with me, ended up with a purse I would’ve never picked out but fit and looked like a dream on me. Went back the next day to exchange the accessory strap I bought that I had second thoughts on and they made the process smooth, never felt rushed. Very happy with the customer service I’ve received. Will shop here in the future instead of the Palm Beach Gardens location.
