The report from Coastal Risk Consulting was detailed enough to present directly to the sellers of a home we were considering buying. We presented it as backup as to why we were offering much lower then the asking price. Ultimately it was rejected by the seller, but we were able to move on and drop the bidding process, confident we were making the correct call in not proceeding with that high-risk house.
