The prices are good, The people working there are also really friendly, but the wait times are just ridiculous.

Best prices, reliable and professional staff. One thing I would recommend is that they have a permanent secretary or someone to answer phones and be at the desk…half the time I go there , nobody is at the desk to assist customers.

I had an emergency with a blowout on my wifes car, Mike and the guys at Costco Tire basically put the guy on the dismount mount and balance of the new tire and got me back on the road to rescue my stranded wife..

Had my tires replaced for the first time at Costco so for a large place everything went very smoothly I called and made appointment they took me right away at my appointment time. no waiting .prices with great got four tires for the price of two service was excellent attendant was very knowledgeable .Went shopping and I came back my car was ready.No added fees

Understaffed and overburdened existing staff make for a bad combination of not picking up the phone, treating customers poorly and the constant inability to perform. I stood in line for twenty minutes for a scheduled appointment and overheard two people in line whose appointment hadn’t been put in their calendar or it was deleted. My turn comes and my tires were not in stock even though they were a custom size and performance level after they called to schedule 5 days before. I confirmed they had them again yesterday before coming today for my appointment and guess what they still haven’t received them. Worst Costco experience in 12 years that has now extended for over a week and half and continues to get worse. Management needs to step in or close it to not expose the Costco name to such abysmal performance.
