LATELY REPLY
I purchased a book via their website on November 26, 2018. It is been more than one month and half month still have not received yet. They even charged incorrect price (GBP51.99 instead of GPB36.39). And nobody picks up the phone, nobody replys the email, nobody replys the message!
Updated January 11, 2019: Finally, I got their reply and still waiting for the book.
